Damproof masonry

Water goes up into walls and water reacts with salts found inside structures. The salts crystallise and expand, causing further problems such as falling of coatings, superficial efflorescence, etc.

Weber offers two types of solutions : damproofing mortars, stopping the expansion of salts and silicon emulsion barrier injected into the walls to stop water infiltration by capillarity
